About
For the over 30 years I have been involved in some form of financial data management. The last 10 years in the workforce as a finance director for a local business. As time went on my role enveloped Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, HR, Food Safety Compliance Reporting, Invoicing, Collections, and Bookkeeping. When I got home, there was my family trucking company to care for with Bookkeeping, Invoicing, Payables, and Compliance.
It was time to take my expertise and build my own team, thus creating Gina Carver Bookkeeping Plus.

Bookkeeping is the heart of Gina Carver Bookkeeping Plus, but the Plus stands for all that stuff that needs doing but you just haven't the time.
Bookkeeping
Record all financial transactions in and out. Generate reports for well informed business decision. Everything that happens in the office from payroll to reconciliations to tax filing requires accurate bookkeeping.
Reconciliations
Keep all your financial data in agreement reducing the risk of fraud and errors. Ensure all your data is coded correctly and encompasses all data sources. Think banks, credit cards, invoices, and of course Quickbooks.
Accounts Payable/Receivable
Have an accurate register of money in and money out. Understanding cash flow is essential to making business decisions.
Invoicing
It's not enough to know what should come in, your customers need to know what's going out. Timely invoicing means more timely payments which means better cash flow. Do you print and mail or upload to your payment portal?
Payroll
Gathering data from timecards or however you pay your staff, then getting them to your payroll service can't be late. Timely and accurate is everything when their paychecks are on the line. I can work with your service or set you up with an excellent third party payroll service.
Compliance
Keep all that data compliant with GAAP so your accountant loves you. Keep a schedule of all those pesky regulation filings so you never get hit with late fees or penalties.
